| Clean Sweep for Breadsall Veterans |
On Tuesday 15 June on the Breadsall Moorland course,
Breadsall Ladies won all three trophies in the County Veterans Medal
competition. Pat Moore won the Joan Gee Cup for best Nett
score
|
| Daily Mail Foursomes Jane and Sue Oates won the Breadsall Pairs Competition in 2009
|
They won the first round of the 2010 play-offs against Chris Pettit and Gill Smelson of Branston, their second match v Beeston Fields at home on Sat 10 April and their third match, against Chevin, on Sat 8 May by 3 and 1.
Watch this space for details of the next round to be played on 19 June against Coxmoor. Sadly, this was the end of the campaign as Coxmoor played very well and were the winners by 2 and 1

.......The 2010 Team have won the first round of the 2010 competition, beating Chevin at home on 30 January. and have won the second round against Walmley 3.5 to 1.5 on 14 March with the same team but the next round proved to be a step too far

Michelle Smith's Lady Captain's Drive-in started with her arrival, courtesy of past captain Glynn Dawson on his motor bike, dressed as Emma Peel with the theme tune of the Avengers playing in the background, greeted by a cheering crowd and Steed.
